At DDP Yoga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase as you work toward your fitness goals. If you are not happy with your gear or equipment, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
